ITTP Prague TEFL: Friday Questions

This Friday's question is...

-Q: I have been accepted for the TEFl on-site certificate program with a different provider. However your program looks more rigorous and I am very interested in reconsidering. But before enrolling in either course I wanted to ask:
I am legally blind (not totally) so my wife often travels with me and typically attends sessions and workshops as my note taker. Would that be acceptable and accommodated?

-A: Yes, it would be perfectly acceptable and accommodated. At ITTP we make a point of focusing on the individual no matter what their needs are. As an example, some of our clients do have particular learner requirements and we always go out of our way to make sure that they are made comfortable. People learn in a variety of ways and all learning processes should be a reflection of this.
