TEFL Prague: Friday's Question

This Friday's Question was asked this week by Daphne from Bellevue, Washington State.
Her question concerns logistics regarding the ITTP Prague Online/Onsite course (http://tefl-tesol-online.com/onsite/prague-online-onsite.html)

-Q: My plan would be to complete the online course in the US, then take the practice in a school in Prague and find a job there.  Can the work permit be processed during the class practice? or do I have to get an offer first? 

-A: You can arrange the work permit from home but it is advisable to arrange it once on the ground as the job offers are much better when found locally than when applied for from abroad.
