When the weather is this hot a great place to cool down is at the outdoor swimming pool located right in the heart of Divoka Sarka. Divoka Sarka (Wild Sarka) is a Czech National Park and area of outstanding natural beauty, reachable by tram and only 15 - 20 minutes ride from Dejvicka metro station. Take the tram to the Divoka Sarka tram stop (which is the end of the tram line), then walk to the right of the McDonalds and follow the path down the hill and then follow through to the left. The swimming poool is about a 30 minute walk from the tram stop. Currently the trams leading to Divoka Sarka are disrupted because of the roadworks where the new metro lines are being built, the tram number 8 is the one which will currently take you there but when normal service resumes you should catch either the 20 or 26.
