When the weather is this hot it can be difficult to fall asleep.
Now, this sounds strange but it IS effective:
a few hours before going to sleep, put your bed sheet into the freezer compartment of your fridge freezer and when you are ready to go to sleep take it out and lay it on your bed. Cover yourself with an upper cover and have a comfortable 20 minutes or so, falling to sleep without the heat which might otherwise have kept you up.
