For the welfare of your body and the welfare of animals in general, look for the 'BIO' mark on grocery store goods - this is the Czech equivalent of organic. Organic dairy products are so much better for you and the prices for organic goods in the Czech Republic are now only slightly higher than non-organic options. Plus, the taste is so much better.
